About the Role
Andres Industries is seeking a Production Helper to support the assembly and manufacturing of protective casings for IT outdoor solutions. This role contributes to a smooth production process.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and build protective casings according to work instructions.
- Prepare materials and components for production.
- Perform simple post-processing and support work on components.
- Assist the production team with organizational processes in the manufacturing area.
- Contribute to the adherence of quality and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
- Ideally possess initial experience in production or manufacturing.
- Have a basic understanding of craftsmanship and work carefully.
- Are reliable, team-oriented, and resilient.
- Possess good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least B2).
