About the Role
We are seeking a Production Worker (m/f/d) in full-time to support the manufacturing of thermal imaging devices. You will work directly in the assembly and quality assurance of electronic and optical assemblies, actively contributing to the production of high-precision devices.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, populate, and solder electronic assemblies according to work instructions.
- Inspect manufactured assemblies and document test results.
- Perform simple quality and incoming goods inspections.
- Support the preparation of work materials and production processes.
- Assist with the maintenance, servicing, and organization of tools and equipment.
- Collaborate closely with the production team and support a smooth production process.
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training or practical production experience.
- Technical understanding and meticulous, precise work ethic.
- Ideally, experience with electronic assemblies or fine mechanical tasks.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and responsible.
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2).
