About the Role
As a working student in sales support, you will assist the sales team in daily operations, handle customer inquiries, and participate in order and process management.
Responsibilities
- Support daily sales operations (no cold calling).
- Process customer inquiries, orders, and complaints via phone and in writing.
- Assist with order processing and sales-related documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and adjacent departments.
- Maintain data and processes in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
- Support administrative and organizational sales tasks.
Requirements
- Enrolled student, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
- Preferably in an advanced semester.
- Interest in technical products and sales-related processes.
- Good basic technical understanding.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative processes is advantageous.
- Ideally, initial knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
- Structured, reliable, and strong communication skills.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1).
