About the Role
As a Working Student in Procurement, you will support the procurement of materials and components for development and series projects and actively participate in operational and organizational procurement work.
Responsibilities
- Support the procurement of materials and components for development and series projects.
- Maintain material and supplier master data in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
- Assist with supplier inquiries and preparation of condition and contract negotiations.
- Participate in the coordination of procurement processes and projects.
- Support coordination with internal departments (e.g., development and production).
- Undertake administrative tasks in the procurement process and contribute to optimizations.
Requirements
- Enrolled student, ideally in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
- Interest in technical products and procurement processes.
- Basic technical understanding of mechanical and electronic components.
- First experience in procurement or administrative processes is advantageous.
- Ideally, initial knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
- Structured, reliable, and independent work style.
- Very good German language skills (at least B2).
