Responsibilities
- Owning senior client relationships and being the trusted advisor for account strategy.
- Leading account teams and developing junior colleagues.
- Ensuring high standards of work delivery.
- Shaping campaign strategy and advising clients on complex issues, including reputational risk.
- Contributing to new business efforts, including pitches, proposals, and account growth.
- Collaborating with agency leadership on account profitability, resourcing, and client retention.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in a PR, public affairs, or communications agency, typically at senior manager or director level.
- Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and providing strategic advice.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop a team.
- New business experience and a genuine interest in growing accounts and the agency.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Judgement to advise a client's leadership team directly.
