About the Role

As CRM Senior Manager, you will own the full lifecycle marketing function, setting strategy, building the roadmap, and driving measurable impact across CRM channels. You will be the sole business owner of our CRM platform, using behavioral insight to shape customer communications. This is a high-impact, hands-on role central to the Marketing team, influencing customer lifetime value growth.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategy and roadmap for lifecycle marketing to grow customer lifetime value, using behavioral insight.
  • Shape initiatives and prioritize those with the greatest impact across app, email, and push channels.
  • Establish a test-and-learn operation for rapid shipping and scaling of successful initiatives.
  • Develop CRM channels in line with emerging industry trends and tools.
  • Evolve the measurement framework to demonstrate the incremental impact of CRM activity.
  • Establish clear attribution and incrementality methodologies, including hold-out testing and A/B experimentation.
  • Represent CRM within the Marketing department and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
  • Use storytelling and data-driven business cases to influence stakeholders.
  • Report into the Head of Product Marketing, managing projects upwards clearly.
  • Serve as the sole business owner of the CRM platform, ensuring it is fit for purpose and aligned to strategic goals.
  • Work closely with the external CRM platform partner.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally within a consumer tech, marketplace, or high-growth digital business.
  • Proven track record of owning a CRM platform end-to-end.
  • Deep hands-on experience across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Strong grasp of segmentation, personalization, and behavioral triggers.
  • Experience building or evolving measurement frameworks, including A/B testing, hold-out groups, and incrementality analysis.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
  • A confident communicator who can present strategy, share results, and make a compelling case for investment.
