About the Role

The Events Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of targeted programs, ensuring all events are planned and executed to a high standard, on time, and within budget. This role owns the processes, tools, and reporting necessary for scalable event delivery as Digital Asset grows.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the planning for conferences, partner activations, roundtables, and field events across Digital Asset’s global markets, including all logistics.
  • Drives flagship event production by managing workback schedules, vendor communications, attendee lists, run-of-show documents, and on-site setup.
  • Handles venue and vendor coordination: researches options, obtains quotes, tracks deliverables, and follows up to keep timelines on track.
  • Manages attendee communications including invitations, confirmations, reminders, and post-event follow-up in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Tracks and manages event expenses against approved budgets and flags variances to the Director of Marketing Programs.
  • Processes vendor invoices and purchase orders; maintains accurate records of spend by event.
  • Supports contract execution by coordinating approvals and ensuring vendors receive the information they need to deliver.
  • Maintains the events calendar and keeps internal stakeholders informed of upcoming activities, deadlines, and logistics requirements.
  • Captures post-event data — attendance, leads generated, costs — and compiles and analyzes the data to provide inputs for the Director’s regular marketing reports.
  • Maintains event production templates, briefing documents, and run-of-show frameworks so processes are consistent and repeatable.

Requirements

  • Experience and capabilities in event planning and coordination of event marketing.
  • Familiar with conference sponsorship logistics or owned event production.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Able to coordinate effectively across internal teams and external vendors without requiring close supervision.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift.
  • Able to travel and work on-site at events as required.
  • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the location for which they have an offer to work and complete necessary employment eligibility verification documents upon hire.
