About the Role
The CX Solution Design Lead will guide a team of consultants while directly contributing to client implementations on the Canton Network, a blockchain purpose-built for institutional finance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day execution of a focused team of CX consultants and solution designers, managing performance for growth.
- Act as the bridge between tactical priorities and front-line client execution, ensuring core advisory and software delivery processes are followed.
- Break down client project priorities into clear individual goals and actionable delivery plans, managing team capacity and workload.
- Balance direct individual contribution (client advisory and product design) with people management responsibilities.
- Create and review high-quality business analysis and functional requirements using UML diagrams, user stories, and Gherkin scenarios.
- Deliver CX professional services to clients, leading workshops, focus groups, and research initiatives to understand customer needs.
- Educate clients and the team about the Canton Network and privacy-enabled blockchains.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships for project engagements, handling client-facing support and resolving issues.
- Own project management and Agile governance activities for active engagements.
- Provide upward feedback to leadership based on front-line reality, identifying tactical risks in Canton Network implementations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product development or application development management, including hands-on business analysis.
- 2+ years of experience in direct people management or formal team leadership.
- 7+ years of experience in Agile ways of working with a solid understanding of enterprise software development and delivery practices.
- Knowledgeable of the emerging fintech and blockchain domain, with attention to smart contract-based initiatives.
- Outstanding client relationship skills with the ability to establish oneself as a trusted advisor.
- Strong analytical skills, including attention to detail, and the ability to design complex processes and workflows.
- Ability to articulate how specific technology designs align to a business case.
- Ability to facilitate design sessions with a client and drive the creation of prioritized implementation roadmaps.
- Experience and strong capability in working collaboratively with and granting transparency to internal and external teams.
- Strong project management or program management skills, with thorough attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Adaptable and dynamic problem-solver who relishes challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the financial services or capital markets domain.
