About the Role
As Commis Chef, you are at the heart of the kitchen, responsible for keeping everything moving through energy, focus, and a hunger to learn. You will support the kitchen team across prep and service for all food and beverage outlets, creating fantastic guest experiences from the ground up. Your consistency and care in tasks like dicing, plating, or restocking make you an essential part of the brigade.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the kitchen team with food preparation and service across all outlets.
- Learning the ropes across different sections – from larder to hot pass – with full guidance and training.
- Helping to keep the kitchen well-stocked, organised, and running smoothly by assisting with deliveries and restocking.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in line with all health & safety regulations.
- Taking pride in even the smallest tasks – knowing that great service starts with solid foundations.
