About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide professional leadership and coordination of the warehouse team, ensuring smooth daily operations in the Berlin warehouse.
- Optimize and document warehouse processes, developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage and monitor warehouse-related KPIs and report regularly to the Service Operations Manager.
- Oversee the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including location assignment, bookings, and continuous system usage development.
- Ensure quality in incoming and outgoing goods inspections and coordinate complaint processing with the plant in France.
- Review logistics invoices and co-manage adherence to the warehouse budget.
- Plan, organize, and lead the annual inventory count.
- Willingness to travel within Germany for onboarding and training measures.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in logistics, freight forwarding, or warehouse management.
- Ideally, further training as a logistics master or comparable leadership qualification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Initial leadership experience is mandatory.
- Commercial understanding with a focus on logistics.
- Strong affinity for process optimization and documentation.
- Distinct technical interest and solid technical basic understanding.
- Very good German language skills (C1/native speaker).
- English language skills are an advantage.
