About the Role
This is a ground-floor opportunity for the first Analyst on the Operations team to help define how a fast-growing blockchain infrastructure company operates, from executive governance and workflow management to data and AI systems supporting decision-making. The role involves working across departments with direct exposure to executive-level operations in a venture-backed crypto infrastructure company. We seek an early-career individual eager to learn, handle both detailed and strategic tasks, and implement modern data and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Support executive governance coordination by managing agendas, materials, follow-ups, and documentation with accuracy and discretion.
- Own and manage multiple cross-functional workflows, ensuring project progression, identifying blockers, and overseeing operational details.
- Partner to identify and improve or automate workflows (reporting, intake, documentation) using AI tools, and assist in building and maintaining these solutions.
- Build and maintain SQL-based queries, dashboards, and reporting views using tools like BigQuery for operational and on-chain network data analysis.
- Aggregate and analyze data from internal systems and blockchain/network sources to support leadership reporting, trend identification, and ad hoc analysis.
- Undertake research, documentation, process cleanup, and meeting logistics, with increasing scope and ownership.
- Conduct ad hoc research on industry developments, including capital markets infrastructure, crypto/web3 trends, and regulatory shifts, to inform team priorities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience; prior internships or early roles in operations, finance, consulting, or a data-heavy function are a plus.
- Comfort with SQL or databases, and a strong interest in data visualization and analytics.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and a genuine interest in applying them to workflows.
- A strong interest in capital markets, blockchain infrastructure, crypto, and web3.
- Self-driven and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Judgment to handle sensitive or confidential information appropriately.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, finance, economics, computer science, or equivalent experience).
