About the Role

Coordinate facilitators and markers across the CA Program and CA Study Masterclass, supporting rostering, recruitment administration, onboarding, and accurate workforce information. Work closely with Education and People & Culture teams to maintain smooth processes, support continuous improvement, and ensure the casual workforce is set up for success.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate facilitators and markers across the CA Program and CA Study Masterclass.
  • Support selection, allocation and rostering activities to meet subject deadlines and delivery requirements.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, weekly job scheduling, timesheet management and payment approvals.
  • Maintain accurate casual workforce information across systems and the website to support a single source of truth.
  • Review and improve casual workforce management processes, workflows and future-state ways of working.
  • Collaborate with Education and People & Culture teams to ensure workforce practices align with policies and support a positive casual workforce experience.

Requirements

  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Strong organisation skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy.
  • A collaborative, approachable style when working with colleagues, casual staff and internal stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment, integrity and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Confidence using digital tools, including Excel, and data to support reporting, rostering, payroll workflows.
