About the Role
The Donor Services team supports the Foundation by responding to donor and event participant questions, processing donations and event registrations, preparing correspondences, and fulfilling requests to ensure donor satisfaction. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain a trusting relationship with supporters.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily processes related to donor gift processing, including maintaining monthly giving program donor accounts, processing adjustments and reconciling requests received both electronically and via phone.
- Implement all back-office aspects of the collection process, including but not limited to large volume of phone calls; email; creating, maintaining and closing donor and supporter accounts as needed in Foundation CRM system.
- Actively engage with donors as part of retention program.
- Regular system reporting and analysis.
- Coverage of weekend and holiday shifts are part of the teams responsibility (upon request).
Requirements
- Pre-employment screening, including a background check, is required.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Familiar with CRM systems (i.e. Kindful, Salesforce), online event registration platforms (i.e. Classy, Eventbrite).
