About the Role
We are looking for a full-time ambassador for our Pikolinos store in London. The selected person will act as a Pikolinos ambassador, responsible for welcoming, assisting, advising, and selling to customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform proactive customer service, identifying customer needs and advising on suitable products.
- Carry out loyalty actions in accordance with company policy.
- Collect payment for products, verifying the authenticity of payment methods.
- Receive, implement, and control product stocks in the shop, participating in inventory.
- Participate in achieving all defined shop KPIs.
