About the Role

This role involves managing complex product workflows in a fast-paced creative environment, playing a key role in delivering high-quality titles on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end production of a defined list of titles, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Negotiate pricing, schedules, and specifications with suppliers to achieve best value and efficiency.
  • Oversee reprographics workflows, including artwork, files, and proofs, coordinating across internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate costing data, raise purchase orders, and manage invoice reconciliation and approvals.
  • Support, train, and develop junior team members while also deputising for senior leadership when required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in print production, including reprographics and safety testing processes.
  • Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Clear and confident communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, particularly with data, costing, and scheduling.
  • Experience training or mentoring junior team members.
  • Familiarity with freight, shipping processes, and logistics coordination.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to streamline workflows and processes.
