About the Role
Aqua-Tots Swim School is seeking an energetic Swim Instructor to teach children how to swim in a fun and safe environment, making a positive impact on their lives.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement lesson plans.
- Conduct group and individual lessons.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area.
- Maintain a clean and organized teaching environment.
- Track student swim progression throughout the levels.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.
- Teach 8 or 9 classes back to back during 4-6 hour shifts.
- Follow all safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures.
- Attend monthly in-service training.
Requirements
- Provide a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30 am-3 pm (Saturday or Sunday).
