About the Role

The SAP IBP Senior Consultant aligns technology with business strategy and goals, working directly with clients to gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement business changes. This role requires deep functional or industry expertise and domain knowledge, acting as a Subject Matter Expert.

Responsibilities

Configure IBP system for demos, pilots, customer projects, Proof of Concepts, and support services.
Document business solutions, processes, and procedures to enable knowledge transfer.
Execute and document defined test scripts according to delivery standards.
Perform data analysis focusing on data consistency and correctness within IBP.
Provide support activities to existing customers, including monitoring, troubleshooting, advisory, and enhancements.
Work in blueprint, design, implementation, testing, and go-live phases of customer implementation projects.
Provide Technical and Consulting Services in SAP IBP.
Stay up-to-date with SAP IBP module knowledge.
Coordinate and assist new hires in training and certification.
Lead and coordinate support projects in SAP IBP.
Identify areas for improvement in deployed IBP solutions.
Conduct design workshops, whiteboarding sessions, understand requirements, create designs, and support team through build, test, and deploy.
Develop IBP support and training content.
Execute delivery tasks according to Bizbrain Technologies' methodology and project plans.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

6+ years' experience as a consultant in SAP IBP including Order Based Planning (OBP).
Good understanding of integrated, end-to-end supply chain planning processes with SAP S/4HANA / ERP and SAP IBP solutions.
Experience in Solution delivery, blueprint, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases of customer implementation projects, with a minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations.
Experience in complex implementation projects with a Consulting focus in SAP Solutions.
Business process and industry experience.
Previous experience in a Client Facing role.
Ability to communicate complex problems and issues concisely (oral/written) to customers, peers, and management.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timeframes with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong hands-on capabilities.
Ability to effectively work in a team.
Clear communication skills.
Strong analytical mind.
Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills.
Ability to mathematically model business problems (data modeling).
Excellent Communication skills in English.
Quality in delivery is paramount and will be the main KPI.
Accuracy, ability to handle requests in an orderly and prioritized fashion are required.
A calm and steady approach is required to handle the analysis of complex system configuration to identify root causes of malfunctions.
