About the Role
In this role, you will actively support us at the intersection of tender management, pre-sales, and internal sales support. You will assist with both day-to-day operations and strategic projects, collect relevant data, and help continuously improve our processes.
Responsibilities
- Active participation in a variety of projects and routine tasks across tender management, pre-sales, and internal sales support.
- Independent execution of data analyses, evaluations, and systematic data collection to guide our sales activities.
- Identification of efficiency potential and active involvement in optimizing workflows within our tendering process and reporting.
- Conducting in-depth research as well as creating and updating fact sheets, knowledge material, and informational documents.
- Assisting with the preparation, creation, and quality assurance of tender documentation (RFIs/RFPs), as well as follow-up activities and reporting.
