About the Role

Revenue Operations at Digital Asset is responsible for the tools, data, processes, and enablement that allow go-to-market teams to sell a paradigm shift to demanding buyers. This role serves as the operational backbone for a significant build-out of new sales tools, redesigned processes, and the reporting layer.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain project plans across the full RevOps portfolio, including scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, and risks.
  • Run the operating cadence of the function, including standups and weekly workstream reviews.
  • Surface risks, blockers, and competing priorities early, and drive them to a decision.
  • Produce clear, honest status reporting for GTM and executive stakeholders.
  • Serve as day-to-day program lead for new GTM vendor tools.
  • Partner closely with the Salesforce Technical Lead to understand deliverable dates.
  • Gather and document business requirements from GTM stakeholders and translate them into clear specifications.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, including building test plans, recruiting testers, tracking defects, and holding the line on go/no-go criteria.
  • Own cutover, launch, communication, and plans for new tool adoption.
  • Manage relationships with software vendors, systems integrators, and consulting firms, including scoping statements of work and tracking deliverables.
  • Support procurement, renewal, and license true-up cycles in partnership with Finance, Legal, and IT Security.
  • Track spend and utilization across the GTM tech stack and flag redundancy or underuse.
  • Build training materials for new processes and tools, such as quick reference guides, process documentation, recorded walkthroughs, and live training sessions.
  • Own and curate the RevOps knowledge base.
  • Deliver enablement and measure adoption.
  • Support onboarding for new GTM hires on systems, process, and tooling.
  • Utilize Claude CoWork to optimize wherever possible.
  • Act as the intake point for RevOps requests, triaging, prioritizing, routing, and closing the loop with requesters.
  • Manage the project plan in Wrike.
  • Document and improve the processes the team relies on.
  • Handle unglamorous work that keeps a lean team effective, such as data hygiene, meeting preparation, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in project or program management, ideally supporting a go-to-market, revenue operations, sales operations, or business systems function.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; ability to build and maintain accurate project plans and serve as the single source of truth on status.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Presentations, and Documents; ability to analyze data via pivot tables and vlookup.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to earn trust across departments, push back on vendors, and drive decisions.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on and self-directed; comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and building processes.
  • Vendor management experience with a track record of managing external vendors, consultants, or systems integrators through a full delivery cycle.
