- Define and execute the plan to expand payment capabilities across multiple jurisdictions, navigating regional card regulations, local compliance frameworks, and card scheme requirements.
- Manage relationships and negotiate with crucial external partners, including Fintechs, Card Schemes, Third-Party Providers, and card personalization vendors.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable card scheme regulations and regional regulatory requirements across US and European markets.
- Design and analyze complex back-office processes (e.g., dispute management, reversals) and collaborate with internal teams to establish scalable, sustainable workflows.
- Structure and standardize product development stages using Agile methodologies (user stories, assessment, pilot definition, etc.), collaborating with global, multi-country teams.
- Analyze user experience and implement product strategies to drive B2B adoption and growth in card applications and usage.
- Define, monitor, and report on core KPIs, including card usage, enabled sales, cost, NPS/Customer Satisfaction, and fraud/compliance metrics.
- Use data to continually prioritize the product backlog and maximize financial performance (including budget and card brand incentives).
Requirements
