About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Operations Manager to enhance the operational delivery of the CA Program and Pathways programs. This role focuses on leading improvement initiatives, simplifying processes, strengthening operational performance, and creating an exceptional candidate experience within the Education and Marketing business unit. You will leverage data, feedback, and operational insights to identify improvement opportunities and explore the use of technology, automation, AI, and digital tools for more efficient program delivery. Collaboration with various internal teams and contribution to strategic initiatives are key aspects of this position.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement initiatives that improve operational delivery, workflows, and the overall candidate experience.
- Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, data, and digital solutions to improve efficiency and program delivery.
- Understand candidate needs through surveys, focus groups, and feedback channels, and lead meaningful improvements.
- Partner with Technology and Data teams on reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support informed decision-making.
- Build strong relationships across the organization and represent the CA Program in stakeholder forums and working groups.
- Support timetable planning, candidate pathways, website content, knowledge resources, Salesforce queues, and shared inboxes.
- Plan and deliver change activities, including impact assessments, stakeholder communication, readiness planning, training coordination, and post-implementation reviews.
- Ensure program operations meet internal governance and external education requirements by working with Education, Risk, and Compliance teams.
Requirements
- Extensive management experience across operations, program management, or continuous improvement, ideally within higher education, professional education, or another complex candidate-facing environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement and change initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Ability to use data and insights to guide decisions and improve operational performance.
- Experience working with governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- A bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with education technology platforms such as SITS, D2L, or Salesforce is advantageous.
- Project management experience is advantageous.
- Risk mitigation experience is advantageous.
- Experience identifying opportunities for AI, automation, or other digital solutions is advantageous.
