About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive commercial growth, enhance our brand presence, and deliver significant value to our members. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will leverage audience insights, data, and campaign performance to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role involves collaborating with the Marketing team, internal stakeholders, and external partners to achieve high-performing campaigns and key business objectives, offering a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and optimize marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, portfolio priorities, and the annual marketing plan.
  • Support acquisition, engagement, and retention through audience-led, member-focused marketing activities.
  • Utilize customer insights, data, and campaign performance to identify opportunities, test new approaches, and enhance results.
  • Provide practical marketing guidance on audience targeting, messaging, channels, and campaign execution.
  • Translate campaign results into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders and business decision-makers.
  • Support and mentor the team, fostering collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Build productive relationships with agencies, suppliers, and external partners to achieve quality outcomes within budget.
  • Establish effective processes, governance, and compliance practices to support consistent and scalable marketing delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven marketing experience in delivering campaigns and business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • A growth mindset, natural curiosity, and willingness to test new ideas.
  • The ability to adapt quickly and thrive in an evolving environment.
  • A self-motivated approach with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and translating complexity into clear actions.
  • Experience in customer journeys, customer experience optimisation, member-based organisations, or international environments is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with Adobe digital marketing tools, including Marketo and Adobe Analytics, is advantageous.
