About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the trusted face of Momo Medical for long-term care homes across Southern Ontario, helping them explore how technology can improve care quality and reduce workload for care teams.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with management teams and care professionals within LTC organizations.
- Initiate and guide free pilot periods with LTC homes, ensuring proper experience of Momo's impact.
- Continue building relationships and work with organizations to expand Momo's use when value is created.
- Spend approximately 70% of your time visiting LTC homes across the GTA and Southern Ontario.
Requirements
- Experience in relationship management, consulting, or a commercial role (healthcare, SaaS, or scale-up preferred).
- Ability to build trust and adjust approach with diverse individuals.
- Patience and understanding that meaningful partnerships take time.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently, organizing your own schedule.
- Comfort with change and figuring things out in a growing environment.
- Openness to feedback and a desire for continuous self-development.
- Previous experience or network within Canadian long-term care is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable car.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the GTA and Southern Ontario.
