About the Role
Millennium Wireless Technology (MWT), AT&T's Premier Authorized Retailer, is seeking passionate and driven sales professionals to build a career in the communications industry. This role involves connecting customers with wireless products and services, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Connect customers with the right wireless products, accessories, and services
- Deliver an outstanding, consultative customer experience every visit
- Hit and exceed individual and store sales goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA preferred
- Minimum 1 year of proven success in retail sales, wireless sales, or a customer-facing role preferred (not required — we'll train the right person)
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week, stand for extended periods, and travel to local events for setup and teardown
- Preferred Languages: English; bilingual Spanish a plus at select locations
