About the Role

Our Home Care Recruiters are responsible for the welcoming, enrolling, and processing of new Home Health Aides (HHA) to our family of caregivers. The Recruitment Department is often the first point of contact with our company, therefore you must be professional, have an appreciation for the type of service we provide, and be personable.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate screening and interviewing
  • Review job responses and resumes to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for role
  • Ensure all candidates meet the regulatory and licensing requirements
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience and engagement
  • Work closely with supervisor(s) and administration to understand staffing needs and priorities

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual English/Spanish speaking
  • Must reside in Brooklyn
  • 1+ years of basic clerical experience within a professional office environment
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
