About the Role
Off the Grid is seeking an Onsite Event Producer to manage events such as corporate dinners, brand activations, conferences, and private occasions in the South Bay Area. This role involves being the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring a flawless guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Join handoffs with Catering Event Producers, becoming fully briefed on venue details, layout, staffing, and client expectations.
- Direct vendors on event day.
- Manage service flow during events.
- Keep clients, venue contacts, and inspectors informed and satisfied.
- Debrief with the team after events to share observations and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years in events, catering, or hospitality with supervisory experience.
- Reliable Bay Area transportation.
- Flexible evening and weekend availability.
Skills
- Hospitality-first approach
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
