About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Mid-Level Product Manager to drive new product initiatives from concept to production, turning abstract ideas into well-crafted, scalable software. As an engineer-owned company, a genuine passion for technology and a solid understanding of modern software architecture are essential.
Responsibilities
- Drive new product initiatives from concept to production, defining product vision, MVP scopes, launch strategy, and execution plans.
- Translate complex business problems into actionable product requirements, technical specs, and detailed user stories by working with engineers, technical leads, and client stakeholders.
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog, write clear acceptance criteria, and partner closely with engineering teams in daily Agile workflows.
- Gather customer insights, analyze user feedback, and define key product success metrics to continuously iterate and improve the product post-launch.
- Act as the strategic connective tissue between clients, business stakeholders, designers, and software engineers.
Requirements
- Based in or local to the Greater Miami area with the ability to work onsite.
- 2–4 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of shipping web, mobile, or cloud software products.
- Strong grasp of modern software architecture (APIs, cloud services, frontend/backend separation, database concepts) with the ability to participate in deep technical discussions with engineers.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, highly resourceful, and naturally inclined to take full ownership of turning blank slates into functional software.
- Hands-on experience writing PRDs, mapping user stories, managing Jira backlogs, and running product discovery in Agile environments.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and stakeholder management skills.
