About the Role

This role supports daily investment operations, delivers exceptional service to customers and internal teams, and ensures process compliance within a regulated environment. It offers a hands-on opportunity to help empower future generations with financial literacy.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations by managing account queries, executing daily account tasks, and assisting new and existing account holders.
  • Manage finance partnerships and products by providing timely weekly updates and processing financial product transfers and rejections.
  • Drive query resolution by chasing open queries across departments, updating communication channels, and liaising with customers on internal escalations.
  • Ensure due diligence and compliance by onboarding new Special Accounts following strict protocols and keeping team processes accurate and compliant.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for answering questions across internal departments and external service providers.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of investments, ideally stocks and shares ISAs.
  • Prior experience working in a regulated financial environment.
  • Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite tools to build clear reports and documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with clarity, empathy, and tact across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations, stay calm during high-pressure moments, and implement effective solutions.
  • High motivation to take ownership of tasks, welcome feedback, collaborate proactively, and drive continuous improvements.
