Responsibilities

Define VESSL's visual direction, and build an expandable brand design system including identity, guidelines, templates, and asset libraries based on business strategy and positioning.
Plan and produce creative assets for online and offline channels such as corporate websites, product and campaign landing pages, blogs, social media, digital advertising, PR, and OOH.
Develop creative concepts for product launches, brand campaigns, and content programs, and communicate the value of complex AI/GPU infrastructure through clear and compelling visual storytelling.
Oversee the design of spaces and events experienced by customers, including booths, signage, presentations, and merchandise for global conferences.
Enhance the design quality and consistency of key business communications such as company profiles, sales materials, customer case studies, and IR materials, and direct the work of external agencies and freelancers as needed.

Requirements

7+ years of practical experience in brand or marketing design, or equivalent capabilities and achievements.
Ability to translate brand strategy and business goals into concrete creative concepts and design deliverables.
Experience in building a brand design system and consistently expanding and operating it across various channels and production environments.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and clearly explain the intent and rationale behind design decisions.
Ability to make independent judgments and establish standards in undefined brand areas without existing guidelines.
