Join the opening team at Duke's, a casual yet refined dining outlet at Travis Club, and help create an unforgettable dining experience on Lake Travis. This position offers great growth opportunity and incentives as the culinary program expands.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items to recipe standards
- Assist with daily prep and production
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen
- Support inventory and receiving procedures
- Contribute to a positive and professional team culture
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years cooking in a professional kitchen (club experience preferred)
- Excel in a variety of cooking styles and techniques
- Knowledge of food safety rules and regulations
- Flexible schedule
