About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code that meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to colleagues to improve code quality and best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.
- Identify and prioritize technical debt, and implement solutions to address it.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to improve software solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
