- Win new business by identifying high-potential customers, creating opportunities, and converting prospects into new Minor Figures accounts.
- Grow existing customers and networks by identifying opportunities to increase distribution, listings, volume, and product range.
- Develop Route to Market partnerships, collaborating with distributors to identify, develop, and convert opportunities within their customer base.
- Build strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted partner to operators, buyers, owners, and key decision-makers.
- Educate, sample, and activate products and brand initiatives with customers, operators, distributors, and their teams.
- Own pipeline and territory plans, utilizing CRM to manage opportunities and create clear plans for maximum growth potential.
- Create market opportunities through customer visits, industry events, trade shows, and market insight to generate leads and identify emerging trends.
- Collaborate with the wider Out of Home team by sharing customer feedback, market intelligence, competitor activity, and best practices.
- Represent the Minor Figures brand in the market, embodying its culture and energy, and effectively planning time and territory to maximize commercial impact.
Requirements
- Commercially driven with an understanding of account growth and target delivery.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams from planning to execution.
- Relationship-led, confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and hands-on, taking ownership without needing constant direction.
- Comfortable in Coffee and Foodservice environments, ideally with experience with major UK Foodservice distributors, Contract Caterers, and HORECA customers.
- Energetic, curious, and adaptable to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Passionate about Out of Home sectors (coffee, foodservice, hospitality) and comfortable managing a large territory with regular travel.
