About the Role
This role involves being a friendly and professional presence for league members, officers, and guests, partnering with the management team to evaluate and plan programs, and assisting with coordination, promotion, and marketing of leagues and tournaments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a professional presence for league members, officers, and guests using Code S.E.R.V.E. service standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to assess current leagues and plan new programs and tournaments.
- Assist in coordinating, promoting, and marketing approved leagues, tournaments, and special programs.
- Act as a liaison between the center, league officers, and program participants.
- Attend league officer meetings and provide ongoing support.
- Manage program schedules and communicate updates or cancellations.
- Collect and maintain contact information for league participants.
- Inform guests about available programs and connect them with league officers.
- Assist with auditing league finances and ensuring accurate paperwork completion.
- Utilize bowling league software to verify weekly scores, rosters, and league rules.
- Prepare score sheets and maintain online league content.
- Promote other events and activities at the center.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements
- Knowledge of USBC league rules and regulations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with groups, answering questions, and maintaining organization.
- Ability to remain calm and positive in a busy, guest-facing environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Evening availability is required.
