About the Role
This role bridges the gap between Build's platform and its users by developing tools, integrations, and automations to streamline workflows. You will be responsible for enabling the delivery team to increase output without increasing effort.
Responsibilities
- Build internal tools to automate repetitive manual tasks for the delivery team.
- Integrate the platform with the daily systems used by the team.
- Automate handoffs between people, agents, and data that currently require human intervention.
- Instrument the operation to track where time is being spent.
- Transform one-off scripts into reliable team-wide solutions.
- Own tools end-to-end, including maintenance.
- Collaborate directly with users to understand their needs.
- Provide feedback from user interactions to the core product team.
