About the Role
As a technical all-rounder, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, undertaking repairs, paintwork, fire protection, and occupational safety.
Responsibilities
- Undertake a tour of the premises every day to identify any defects in the hotel and carry out the appropriate repair and renovation work.
- Monitor the seamless functionality of equipment, lifts, and technical facilities in the hotel.
- Ensure that all outdoor areas are cleaned and maintained.
- Communicate, liaise, and cooperate with external companies, particularly checking any maintenance work.
- Gain interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams.
Requirements
- Completed a technical apprenticeship and/or have professional experience of one or more trades/building maintenance or be looking for a change of career.
- Open and communicative, pay attention to detail and be interested in technology.
- Flexible and creative with an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations.
- A team player willing to provide assistance across departments.
