About the Role
Serve as a vital link between customers, dealers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive client success. Manage customer orders, support inside sales, and build strong relationships with dealers and clients across the United States and Canada. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules based on production lead times.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, dealers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and dealers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and escalating when necessary.
- Partner with Accounts Receivable to confirm payments prior to order delivery.
- Manage existing inventory for consignment or stock customers by integrating units into construction schedules.
- Provide timely and professional support to customers regarding order status, scheduling, and product information.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to support business growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends and Explore Industries’ products to provide knowledgeable client support.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service, administrative, or invoicing experience.
- 1+ years of experience building relationships with customers and dealers.
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- CRM experience (preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central or SAP (preferred).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for client growth and process improvement.
- Flexibility to accommodate after-hours customer needs as required.
