About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Front Office Agent for a 196-room hotel undergoing refurbishment and rebranding to The Cloud One Hotel. This role focuses on providing excellent guest service from check-in to check-out, managing bookings, payments, and administrative tasks, with opportunities for interdepartmental learning.
Responsibilities
- Looking after guests, including check-in and check-out
- Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings and options
- Invoicing, including managing payments, as well as cash transactions and cashing up
- Organizational and administrative tasks in both front and back office (e.g. managing no-shows, answering emails)
- Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in multicultural teams
Requirements
- Completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry
- Excellent sense of quality and service, as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
- Open and communicative with a solid command of English
- Team player willing to provide assistance across departments
- Must have flexibility to work combination of shifts and occasional Night Shift if required
- Must be flexible with shifts pattern

Skills
- Front Office PMS such as Opera Cloud or Opera knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud is ideal
