About the Role

Responsibilities
- Actively assist customers, answer questions, and perform carry-outs.
- Operate cash registers.
- Stock and maintain product displays and inventory.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Promote our Best Rewards Program.
- Cut materials like keys, chain, and glass.
- Mix paint, place special orders, and assist with Rug Doctor rentals.
Requirements
- A passion for providing a great customer service experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- An active interest in customers and a friendly, "people-person" demeanor.
- The ability to lift up to 60 lbs. unassisted.
