About the Role

Programmatic Manager is a people leader experienced in programmatic execution, managing DSP/SSP/DMP structures, and refining digital strategy to create best-in-class client activations. This role acts as a strategic lead, troubleshooting programmatic tasks and evolving activation practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop campaign strategy or programmatic strategy with internal or external client teams.
  • Evaluate the best avenues and draw conclusions that are both data and marketing driven from client campaigns for both immediate and long-term levels advancements for clients.
  • Help Account Supervisors create advanced actionable insights when needed.
  • Create programmatic campaigns within our demand side platforms when the team is in need.
  • Act as a people leader, a mentor, and a doer when needed.
  • Work with Director and on your portfolio of clients to advance client knowledge and comfort level in programmatic activation.
  • Oversee user management across the group and clients.
  • Manage forecasts for your respective book of business.
  • Ensure that activation managers have a proper understanding of programmatic landscape as it pertains to their book of business.
  • Manage knowledge sharing within your group.
  • Keep up with new and innovative programmatic technology trends.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years combined experience in digital with a focus on platforms evolution.
  • 3 years of experience managing demand side platforms and working environment for traders.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing a group of 5 or more individuals.
  • Experienced in operations.
  • Perseverance/tenacity.
  • Well organized/diligent/detailed oriented.
  • Inquisitive, asks questions, out of the box thinker.
  • Accountable.
