About the Role
The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with the Attendance, Benefits and Payroll functions, as well as the Employee Morale Enhancement Program.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Attendance & Payroll team to process daily attendance administration and coordinate with departments for timesheet adjustment
- Paid Time Off entitlement preparation for new hires and terminated employees for payroll processing
- Assist the Benefits team with processing benefits enrollment, termination, changes and preparing benefits orientation package
- Assist the department with office administration
- Participate in special projects and/or other duties as assignments
Requirements
- Be capable of multi-tasking and working in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and writing is a must
- Bilingual ability in Mandarin is highly preferred
Experience Level
- 0-2 years of HR related experience
Education Level
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or other related majors
- Master’s degree preferred
Salary/Compensations
- USD $19.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.
