About the Role
The Performance Management Associate is responsible for implementing the administration, organization, and coordination of the Bank’s performance management programs. This role ensures employees understand performance measures, job expectations, clarity of goals and objectives, and performance results. The associate will also assist the supervisor with the administration and coordination of incentive programs, and internal and external audits.
Responsibilities
- Implement performance management full cycle process, including target setting, coaching, evaluation, and reward.
- Manage the Bank’s Teamwork and Service PE system, including preparation, implementation, and results analysis.
- Update and disseminate performance management policies and procedures.
- Assist with tasks to meet regulations and compliance requirements.
- Retain performance management records and respond to audits.
- Prepare training materials for performance management sessions and follow up on processes and reports.
- Conduct routine work such as department/branch liaison, team collaboration, employee communication, and workflow execution.
- Participate in special projects and other assigned duties.
- Execute the Bank’s incentive programs, including bonus, salary adjustment, and promotion.
- Prepare annual bonus pool calculations, allocation reports, and communication materials.
- Support and coordinate promotion and compensation related programs.
- Update and review incentive related procedures.
- Address employee inquiries related to incentives.
- Participate in personnel expense programs, including projections, allocation, accrual, release, and year-end closures.
- Analyze personnel expenses data and provide proposals to management.
- Maintain personnel expense records and track expenses against budgets.
- Facilitate and coordinate Bank events.
- Conduct various reports, including annual reports, meeting minutes, and proposals.
- Facilitate communication between Head Office and local branches.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of HR related experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relationship management skills.
- Advanced level Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge in performance management, incentives, promotion, and HR legal regulatory requirements and related updates.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin required.
