About the Role

We are reimagining veterinary medicine and looking for a motivated individual to join our team. As a Lead Veterinary Assistant, you will actively shape our practice in Berlin, optimize processes, and set new standards in organization, teamwork, and patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage practice operations for a smooth workflow.
  • Support lead veterinarians and assist in reception, consultations, or surgery as needed.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the veterinary assistant team, leading with appreciation and empathy.
  • Act as the liaison between the practice team and the office.
  • Actively utilize digital solutions, optimize existing workflows, and propose ideas for more efficient processes.
  • Play a key role in the further development of our practice, contributing experience, initiative, and innovative approaches.

Requirements

  • Completed training as a Veterinary Assistant (TFA).
  • Proficient in handling small and domestic animals.
  • Ideally, initial experience in a leadership or coordinating role.
  • Friendly, confident, and empathetic demeanor towards pet owners, colleagues, and the entire practice team.
  • High affinity for digital tools and interest in modern, efficient, and digital practice processes.
  • Proficient with common practice management and administrative software.
  • Good sense for organization and structured workflows.
  • Proactive, responsible, and motivated to continuously improve the team, service quality, and patient experience.
