About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager at HealthVerity, you will shape and deliver impactful Data Products by collaborating with cross-functional teams and directly engaging with customers in the pharmaceutical, government, and data partner sectors. You will integrate customer needs into the product development process, ensuring relevance and innovation while aligning with HealthVerity's mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute roadmaps for data product areas aligned with business objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across the product lifecycle from concept to launch, managing the data product backlog using Agile methodologies.
  • Build relationships with enterprise clients to understand challenges and incorporate feedback into the product lifecycle.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure and enhance Data Product success.
  • Conduct market research to identify innovation opportunities and respond to emerging market needs.
  • Deliver products on time with high adoption and usability, meeting roadmap milestones.
  • Gather positive customer feedback, improve retention, and incorporate customer insights into the product.
  • Drive revenue growth through new products or enhancements and differentiate HealthVerity in the market.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager for a data-centric offering in the healthcare industry.
  • Subject matter expertise across various healthcare data types (e.g., claims, EMR, labs, patient-reported outcomes) and coding standards (e.g., ICD, CPT, HCPCS, NDC, LOINC, NUCC taxonomy).
  • Experience in technical data analysis and translating technical concepts, especially in the healthcare space.
  • Knowledge of the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and beyond.
  • Understanding and implementation of product management best practices and principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban) and experience collaborating with development teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to make complex ideas accessible to a diverse audience.
