About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver an extraordinary guest service – personalised, fun, engaging, caring, and attentive.
- Deliver and support the hotel and brand’s service standards.
- Attend and actively participate in all required training sessions.
- Act as a role model for service and hospitality.
- Work as a strong and committed team member and colleague.
- Proactively contribute ideas and share creative solutions.
- Proactively problem-solve and seek to provide solutions.
- Support all new team members by sharing knowledge and experiences.
- Participate and support managers and supervisors in the performance appraisal process.
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with ALL team members.
- Operate within Marriott International’s policies and procedures.
- Clean all public areas to the highest standards.
- Empty all rubbish in public areas.
- Restock products, toilet rolls and towels in public toilets.
- Report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Comply with COSHH and Health and Safety Standards.
- Follow the lost property procedures.
- Comply with Brand Standards when cleaning and getting each room ready for the guest arrival.
- Deliver an exceptionally high standard of five star luxury lifestyle service for every guest interaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of all areas at all times.
- Carry out other duties that may be required to ensure the overall hotel operation is properly maintained.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Requirements
- To be aware of hotel’s layout and facilities.
- Achieve a minimum of a P rating in your annual performance review.
- Be recognised by guests for extraordinary hospitality and product knowledge.
- Achieve overall hotel BSA, GSS, ESS and Trip Advisor goals.
