The Andrews Stylist plays an essential role by delivering our Styling USP to clients both online and offline. This role excels in client development and continuous personal development, keeping skills relevant with the latest fashion industry trends and brand knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Keeps skills relevant with the latest developments in the fashion industry, trends, and knowledge of Andrews clients and the brands represented.
- Actively seeks new ways to engage the customer via virtual channels or in-store.
- Provides personalized clienteling.
- Conducts 1-to-1 prebooked or walk-in client appointments in-store.
- Organizes and facilitates client and/or private shopping events.
- Coordinates and creates content with the in-house digital team.
- Exhibits a natural desire to connect with clients and provide transformational shopping experiences.
- Manages personal sales and performance targets.
- Supports the broader team by actively contributing to in-store and company-wide events, promotions, and initiatives.
- Assists with daily tasks in the store and ensures self-compliance with company policies and processes.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with the in-store team, back office, and digital teams.
- Communicates in person or digitally via content creation.
Requirements
- Experience in a retail sales environment.
- Experience in apparel preferred.
