About the Role
Surmesur is redefining the custom clothing experience by combining technology, craftsmanship, and personalized service. We are seeking a Stylist to join our showroom in Toronto, offering a full-time opportunity for individuals passionate about fashion, client relationships, and exceptional service in a fast-growing, innovative retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand each client’s lifestyle, needs, and style goals.
- Advise clients on fit, fabrics, styling, and wardrobe building.
- Take precise measurements and guide clients through the customization process.
- Conduct fittings and ensure garments meet Surmesur quality standards.
- Follow up with clients throughout the production process.
- Create memorable experiences that result in repeat business and referrals.
- Develop long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Maintain a personal client book and drive repeat business.
- Identify wardrobe opportunities and recommend additional pieces when appropriate.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals.
- Deliver the Surmesur “Wow” experience with every interaction.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and visually inspiring showroom environment.
- Assist with visual merchandising updates and product presentation.
- Keep client records and order details updated in internal systems.
- Stay informed on new collections, fabrics, and company standards.
- Support team initiatives and daily showroom operations.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of customer service experience.
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or luxury environments.
- Knowledge of men’s fashion or custom clothing is an asset.
- Experience working with CRM systems or Google Workspace tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization.
