Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal customers regarding complex data migrations and mass data changes within our SAP system landscape (SAP CRM, SAP ERP/S/4HANA, SAP C4C).
- Analyze, structure, and execute complex migrations and data changes with excellent know-how, focusing on high quality and efficiency.
- Act as a central interface between business and IT, translating strategic requirements into sustainable and innovative SAP solutions.
- Conceptualize and lead professional workshops to enhance internal know-how and process understanding.
- Proactively drive innovations and continuous improvement of processes and service quality with strong initiative and creativity.
Requirements
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the SAP environment with proven top-level expertise.
- Successfully completed university degree, preferably from a renowned university, in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM and SAP ERP/S/4HANA (SD/MM).
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with databases is a plus.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Strong communication skills.
- High service orientation.
- Confident and team-oriented demeanor.
