Responsibilities
- Act as the central sparring partner for internal customers regarding the holistic consulting and strategic further development of our SAP system landscape in Order Processing (S/4 HANA, CRM, ERP).
- Analyze complex business processes and actively shape the future of digital workflows with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and sustainable success.
- Utilize excellent know-how for customized configuration and further development of SAP systems at the highest professional level to create tailored solutions and added value.
- Initiate, develop, and lead professional training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance internal skillsets and process understanding.
- Drive the continuous improvement process with initiative and enthusiasm, consistently focusing on innovation, digitalization, and first-class service.
Requirements
- Several years of demonstrable experience in strategic consulting for internal customers, acting at the highest level and developing sustainable solutions.
- Completed studies, preferably at a renowned university, in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Outstanding knowledge in SAP SCRM and SAP ERP / S/4HANA SD/MM.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
