About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, organized, motivated, and creative person to assist in the day-to-day operations of a STEM activities provider. The ideal candidate will manage multiple roles including office administration, teaching, brand ambassadorship, and event planning, while also contributing to hiring and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to inquiries via text or email.
- Maintain the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) program and all filing systems.
- Book and/or present After School Programs, Summer Camps, Workshops, Birthday Parties, and other special programs.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with schools, PTAs/PTOs, Public Libraries, Rec. Centers, and other agencies.
- Handle parent communication as necessary.
- Manage the flow of office paperwork.
- Assure programming quality through orientation, supervision, evaluation, and training.
- Provide sales support by answering customer questions and ensuring accurate contract setup.
- Provide marketing support by developing and maintaining social media content and creating email campaigns.
- Assist in organizing school events, parent coordination, and special projects.
- Lift portable teaching bins up to 30 pounds.
- Instruct groups of 12-25 children in a classroom setting.
Requirements
- Must have a driver's license and own transportation.
- Ability to transport equipment and teach is necessary.
- Moderate lifting of portable teaching bins may be required (about 30 pounds).
