About the Role
As a Remote Client Representative, you will work directly with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, helping families understand their available benefits while providing outstanding customer service and long-term support. This opportunity combines relationship building, customer service, and professional growth within a collaborative remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations
- Welcome new clients and provide a positive onboarding experience
- Explain available benefit and coverage options clearly and professionally
- Recommend personalized solutions based on each client's needs
- Guide clients through enrollment and application processes
- Respond to client questions and provide ongoing policy support
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct policy reviews and follow-up appointments
- Maintain accurate client documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable industry regulations
- Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs
- Continue developing communication and leadership skills
- Collaborate with a supportive remote team
- Pursue ongoing professional growth opportunities
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be physically located within the United States
- Ability to obtain any required state insurance licensing (guidance provided)
- Provide own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
